Winter 2022 & 2023 Q1 Developments in Industrial Automation - expanded product offering and diagnostic and repair services at York MRO

Winter 2023 Update: Since December 2022 the supply chain strictures have fortunately eased, with less stress on product delivery due dates. Our teams at York MRO have been able to ramp up our service response times with expedited shipment schedules back to normal, providing replacement parts and services following normal response times. Our departments are now working on near-normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules back to regular operation levels. In addition to the Suruga-Seiki B11-60C5 parts and service support, we have been able to add new lines of product and service:

Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We offer full support for discontinued Suzhou-Inovance products, including obsoleted and phased-out Telemecanique parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2023 Teco product line-up. Starting Q1 2023 York MRO is pleased to announce additional repair and rebuild services for the automation products made by industrial controls leader Suzhou-Inovance such as the IS500AS2R8I212 spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the 750W manufactured by Telemecanique and we are pleased to be able to service most Telemecanique systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature C04300S1XXXN by Manufacturer Teco as well.

York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Starting early January 2023 York has Tai-Shi Brand TFD2019042415 in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate dispatch to meet your requirement for spare replacements. Spare units by Tachibana-Tectron such as TVME2300 equipment made by Tachibana-Tectron have been added to our featured items. Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the KGW04060L by Suruga-Seiki and TVME2300 spares by Tachibana-Tectron are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original VS201801704 Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Taishi.
